New chapter…..

Today starts a new chapter in my life, I am single again (actually, he broke up with me on Dec. 1st). It is not something I want to be doing, but it is time to stop holding on, and move on. I will always love him, regardless, but I can’t make him love me back. Not that he doesn’t love me, I believe he does, just don’t think he is in love with me anymore.

He says he has too much going on in his life, just needs to start over. I’m sorry, but that is not an answer for me! BUt I guess that is all I am going to get from him right now.

It has been exactly 8 weeks and 14 hours to the day that I dropped him off at the airport for the second time. I picked up my baby at the airport. This was a very long day.

I haven’t posted anything in a long time, just haven’t been in the mood to, but I am also having problems at work with the wordpress page. Has to something with the firewall. Need to get that straight so I can play at work.

JAC is getting medically discharged, YAY!!! They feel like he will continue to suffer from fractures if he continues, even if it heals. Is it wrong for me to be happy about that? Can’t help it, I want him here. He has been gone since June 24th. They have been working on the discharge since June 28th. Today makes 8 weeks that he has been gone. It is driving me crazy, I want to see him, hold him, kiss him so bad. Hopefully he will be home within the next week or so.

I will try and keep y’all updated.

So blessed and lucky to have the most amazing boyfriend. There are so many things that he does for me that most people don’t know about. There have been several occasions that he has offered to pay for, ie a suit for me for my grandmothers funeral and to get my truck fixed, that I haven’t told many people about. I also have been told mutual friends that he loves me so much and would never do anything to hurt me. So, therefore he is not selfish and does care about me.

I love him and miss him so much and can’t wait for him to get back from basic training. Speaking of, it looks like he is going to get a medical discharge, and will hopefully be home by the middle of July. I can’t wait to see him.

Dropped my baby off at the airport this morning to go back to basic in MO. He is still having problems with his feet, so hopefully he can get a medical discharge. I hate being away from him for even a minute, but hopefully he can get the med discharge and be home within a few weeks. I hate to pray for something like that, but I don’t want to be away from him for 2 plus years. Miss him so much already!!!!

Joy, drama, death

Way too much drama going on in my life right now. JAC coming home which I am thrilled about, friends not being supportive of my relationship with JAC, and dealing with the death of my Grandmother.

First of all, JAC told me a few weeks ago that his feet were killing him. Upon having them checked out, it was determined that he had two fractured heels that developed because of shin splints. He was going to see if he could come home on medical leave as opposed to staying there and doing nothing. He called me on Sunday (5/16) and said that they were going to let him come home for a month to recoup. He should be home in about a week or so. If the fractures haven’t healed correctly in that month, then he would be medically discharged. I am hoping for the medical discharge. He called me back on 5/23 and said that he would be home hopefully by Wednesday, but no later than Friday. I can’t wait for him to get home.

I am having a difficult time already with him being gone that I do not need some of my friends being negetive and talking bad about him and our relationship. I have been told not to trust him, that he is just using me, that he is probably going to cheat on me and that he is selfish. I am sorry, but all of that is a bunch of bullshit!!! When he called on 5/16 I mentioned to him that I had to go buy a suit for my grandmothers funeral, he said that I could go get some money from his account. Does that sound like someone who doesn’t care? The two people that he has made a point to call the past three Sunday’s are his dad and me. Does that sound like someone who doesn’t care? I don’t think so. And all the money that he has borrowed from me, he has paid back, not that he had to. Support, that’s all I am asking for.

Grandmaw passed away on Sunday 5/16 @ 8:30 AM. She was 83 years old. She lived a long productive life. I feel like she is in a better place now and not in any more pain. We have a lot of great memories that will get us through. I’m praying for my Grandfather to be able to get through this.

Today I celebrate 11 months of being in a relationship, unfortunately I am doing it without my partner. He has been gone 18 days as of 10:00 PM, 53 days until he graduates basic and I can talk to him. Every day he has been gone has been tough, today more so because of the day. Just glad that I have so many great friends and family that are helping me through it.

Please continue to pray for him, the daily beat down that he is going through, and being away from his friends and family. And pray for me as I continue to deal with him being gone and not bieng able to talk to him.

Had a good day, even though JAC was gone to basic. Really wish he could have spent my first, our’s together (my 40th at that), together.

Had lunch with friends from work at Keifers. Had dinner with friends at Outback, then went with Billy, Joey, and Monty to JCs. I really have a lot of great people (family and friends) in my life that are looking out for me and helping me through this!

Feels so good to hear his voice, but….

Was able to (unexpectedly) talk to JAC on Wednesday and Thursday. He spent a good part of Wednesday in the Jacskon airport before arriving in Houston. He called me about 6:30 and said that he was waiting to board the plane to St. Louis where he would then have a 2 and 1/2 hour bus ride to the base. He said that he was tired of all the waiting around. He said he would call me back later.

Called me back at 10:30 from the St. Louis airport. His plane arrived late and he missed the bus, so he was being put up in a hotel and would have to catch the bus on Thursday. We talked about 10 minutes or so. He said he would be glad when all this was over, I said me too!!! I then said, I don’t know how I am gonna make it 9 1/2 weeks! He said ‘we will get through this baby’. That made me feel so much better.

He called me Thursday morning about 9:00 waiting on the shuttle to take him to catch the bus at 11:00 to the base, but still very impatient and tired of waiting around. He called me back at 5:00, he didn’t get on the 11:00 bus, he is on the one at 6:00. Said he would try and call me back. I LOVE HIM SO MUCH!

This is gonna be a long 9 1/2 weeks. Please pray that we will get through this!

Our last night for a while

Dropped JAC off last night at the hotel after we had dinner. After the I love you’s and goodbye I watched him walk away. I got about a hundred feet and had to pull over because I lost it. All I think about is him, kissing him, waking up next to him in the morning, his laugh. I makes me so mad that I couldn’t stand out in front of that hotel, hug him, kiss him and tell him bye. This DADT bull needs repealing! Not looking forward to the next 9 1/2 weeks! It is going to be so hard.

I am so worried about what he is going to be going through in basic. He is not use to the beating, mentally and phyiscally that they give you. Please pray for us!
